Service description
MoneyGap AI provides an AI-powered Growth Operating System™ that analyzes websites, surfaces Money Gaps™, scores opportunities, and offers Fix Paths™, education, and related tools. Features vary by plan and may change as we improve the product.
Account requirements
You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, and be authorized to use the URLs and data you submit. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace seats you invite.
User responsibilities
You will use MoneyGap AI only for lawful purposes, respect third-party site terms when analyzing properties you do not own, and review AI outputs before acting. You will not attempt to bypass plan limits, reverse engineer the service, or disrupt infrastructure.
Acceptable use
Prohibited uses include scraping or attacking systems you are not authorized to test, uploading malware, infringing IP, processing unlawful content, or using the service to harm others. We may suspend access for abuse or security risk.
Payments & subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase. Stripe (or another processor) may handle payment details. Soft plan switches in-product may not equal a completed Checkout; unpaid access may be limited. Taxes may apply. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.
AI-generated recommendations
Recommendations, drafts, prompts, and summaries may be generated by AI. They can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for validating outputs and for decisions you make based on them.
Estimated opportunity disclaimer
Revenue, lead, traffic, and conversion figures shown as AI Estimate or Estimated Opportunity are illustrative decision aids — not guarantees of financial results. Past or simulated examples on marketing pages are not your workspace data.
Intellectual property
MoneyGap AI, trademarks (including Money Gaps™, Fix Path™, Growth Operating System™), software, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to your content and sites. You grant us a license to process submitted content solely to provide the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service and request account closure. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Provisions that should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoneyGap AI is provided “as is,” and we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions made based on AI Estimates. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim (or $100 if no fees were paid), where such limit is allowed.
Changes to the service
We may modify features, plans, or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
